Us Fortnite fans have been having a ball these last few months. We’ve had parties in the Rave Cave, churning quests in the Battle Pass, and growing wild pods wherever we wanted. The next season has finally been confirmed, named Paradise and arriving on Sunday, September 18, 2022.

The poster for Fortnite Paradise looks creepy and that’s for good reason. Halloween will be live and wild during Chapter 3 Season 4, so we’re sure to see some interesting horror skins and themes. There’s no news on Battle Pass items as yet, but here’s hoping the quests are spooky.

The fans who are part of the Telegram Fortnite groups have already seen a few teasers for the upcoming Paradise season. Many of them have been sharing these on Twitter, which is great for everyone not using the chat app. This particular teaser shows a goo-like substance taking over someone’s skin.

We’ve had a gooey character before with a theme song and items to match. I don’t think this is related though. The battle royale game has been in a state of relative peace lately, ever since we won the last faction war. There have been parties and fun rides, and we even got to play as popular Dragon Ball Z characters in Fortnite.

Are things about to change? With a name like Paradise, you would think Fortnite would only become happier from here. However, we are heading into Halloween, and these new trailers are creepy. Maybe it’s a mixture of heaven and hell with ghosts and gremlins joining the festivities. We won’t have to wait long, as September 18 is right around the corner. See you there with our guns blazing!
